Shari Ashglade--brown eyes and long, braided hair. An outsider halfling who runs the temple in the Village of Barovia. She offered to take the fall for the "murder" of Severin instead of Will, but her offer was refused.
Ezmerelda D'Avenir--A Vistania woman with dark hair and a prosthetic leg. Also known as "Lucky", Ezmerelda is close with Ymir, being of the same mind that Strahd must be defeated. Can travel outside of the Mists.
Aleera (lastname)--A young Barovian with straight, dark hair. Her lover was killed while in the safety of the Temple after the zombie attack. Believes Will is at fault and should be punished for their crime.
Urwin Martikov--Runs the Blue Water Inn in Vallaki with his wife, Danika. One of Ymir's older brothers, Urwin is often one of the first Martikovs that offer assistance to outsiders in the battle against Strahd.
Danika Martikov--Runs the Blue Water Inn in Vallaki with her husband, Urwin. Although a part of the Martikov family by marrage, Danika fits in well.
Brom and Bray Martikov--Twin sons of Urwin and Danika.
Pavel Nikolov--Vitiligo, short black hair, and always found in his oversized coat. A young merchant of the Nikolov family. Inquisitive and straignt-forward, Pavel also serves as an informant for the Kindness. His passion is trading rumors.
Apolena and Vitaly--Two of the guards that are often stationed at the Gates of Vallaki.
Half-Elf Barbarian--[DECEASED] Pink skin, with short hair and freckles. Died fighting Strahd. Re-animated to fight against your party.
Forest Gnome Sorcerer--[DECEASED] Olive-toned skin with short, messy brown hair and glasses. Died fighting Strahd. Re-animated to fight against your party.
Tabaxi BArd--[DECEASED] Short black fur and piercing yellow eyes. Died fighting Strahd. Re-animated to fight against your party.
Human Monk--[DECEASED] Older, with tan skin and green hair. Died fighting Strahd. Re-animated to fight against your party.
Former Bearer of the Sunsword--[DECEASED...?] A golden faun with dark brown hair and horns. Defeated by a bite to the throat from Strahd Von Zarovich. Has been appearing in Ymir's dreams.

Adrian Martikov--Ymir's older brother. Next in line to run the Wizards of the Wine,
Stephania Martikov--Ymir's older sister, married to Dara. Often is in charge of buisness negotiations for the Wizards of the Wine.
Dara Martikov--Stephania's wife.
Elvir Martikov--Ymir's youngest sibling and a real go-getter! Cultivates plants from outside of the Mists
Stephania's kids--There's three of them... Watch out!
Strahd Von Zarovich--Current ruler of the Land of Barovia. He who controls the Mists.
Marina Ulrich--[DECEASED] Daughter of the Burgomeister of Berez, and Strahd's former lover. Something about her seems familiar, but it is difficult to place why.
Halfling Outsider--Pale, with silver hair and green eyes. Has not been seen in years. Attacked the party in the Ruins in order to trigger the Vampiric Mists.
