Oak hook

Oak can't avoid his problems forever. Now that Connor is gone, nothing should be in the way of going back to the place he once called home. Or so he thinks. But being back in Pennypotts isn't going great. Things are... tense between him and Ash, and there are only a few places around town that don't give him the feeling that he needs to leave, and quickly.

When Silas accidentally finds out about Oak's scars--the burns around his wrists, the Lichtenberg figures on his back, and a mark on his chest that looks suspiciously like Connor's brand--Silas does the only thing he can think of: he lets Oak's older sisters know.

Now with additional pressure from his sisters, and a friend he doesn't know if he can trust, Oak is on the verge of leaving the home he worked so hard to get back to. Whether Oak is able to confront the lasting problems stemming from his old boss, or if he finds himself running back into the arms of his adventuring party, is ultimately up to him, the most neurotic Halfling this side of the Sword Coast.
